Richard Keys labels Kylian Mbappe ‘Mbaby’ and a ‘brat’ over his PSG stance, as he claims Harry Kane’s Tottenham future has entered the ‘end game’ amid Bayern’s pursuit
- Al-Hilal have made a world-record offer of £259million for Kylian Mbappe
- Mbappe is reportedly determined to see out the final year of his PSG contract
- Spurs star Kane is being pursued with Bayern with 12 months left on his deal
Richard Keys his hit out at Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe over his insistence on leaving the French champions on a free transfer at the end of his contract.
Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal launched extraordinary £259million world record bid to sign Mbappe on Monday.
PSG have given permission for the club to speak to Mbappe, with the Ligue 1 giants intent on selling the forward this summer rather than see him depart on a free in 12 months time.
Mbappe reportedly does not want to move to Saudi Arabia despite suggestions he could earn a staggering £600m in just one year, with the 2018 World Cup winner claimed to be prepared to sit out the final year of his deal from the bench.
Keys, the BeIN Sports presenter, has taken aim at Mbappe over his transfer stance by labelling the star ‘Mbaby’ and a ‘brat’.

Mbappe is reportedly determined to leave PSG on a free when his deal expires next summer
He compared the situation to Harry Kane’s situation at Tottenham, with Keys claiming the England captain’s future has now reached the ‘end game’ as German champions Bayern Munich attempt to sign the forward.
‘It feels like we’re entering the end game with Kane, United can’t afford him without a takeover which clearly wasn’t as ‘imminent’ as we were told.
‘Looks like it’s Bayern. Kane won’t walk – unlike that brat at Paris.
‘Is Mbaby for real? He’s letting good people down fans & himself.’
Mbappe’s determination to see out his PSG deal could represent a significant challenge for new boss Luis Enrique.
The 24-year-old was already left out of PSG’s pre-season tour of Japan and South Korea, with his future a major headache for the Ligue 1 side.
It is claimed that the Al-Hilal could put a release clause in a lucrative contract which could allow Mbappe to sign for Real Madrid next summer.
The French star has long been keen on a move to Real Madrid, with PSG believing he has already agreed to join the Spanish giants for free in 2024.

Mbappe previously came close to joining Carlo Ancelotti’s side in 2022, before performing a sensational U-turn which saw him extend his stay at PSG.
Kane’s future is equally uncertain with the England captain having one year remaining on his Tottenham deal.
As reported by Mail Sport, Spurs owner Joe Lewis has told chairman Daniel Levy that Kane must be sold in the current window if he refuses to sign a new contract.
As it stands, there are no indications that the striker is open to pledging his future to his boyhood side and that has opened the door for a potential £100million move.
Indeed, Levy is set to come under pressure to allow Kane to quit before the deadline should he refuse to pen a deal understood to be worth up to £400,000 a week.
Bayern Munich remain firmly in the race for Kane with a third bid likely to be made by the Bundesliga champions.
